Hi Cllr Muir. I have just enjoyed a walk up this neck of the woods with my daughter and was surprised to find that this section of the path was still blocked off. What is the latest on this matter?

Legal case ongoing at High Court to formally legally establish it as Right of Way and get blockage removed and legal basis to remove again if ever re-appears. Told by legal people hope to have concluded by end of the year. Would wish much quicker progress but at mercy of lawyers.

Legal wheels turning slowly but at least it hasn't been forgotten about. Thanks for the reply.
